TalbotFORCE has been fortunate enough to experience a remarkable growth trajectory during its lifecycle. With a combination of well-orchestrated entrepreneurial moves, a neat tech breakthrough, innovation catering to the dynamic environment, and an orderly progression through successful launches and ventures, we have leapt to the very front.

When the world was hit by COVID-19 and all anyone could foresee were unprecedented downtimes, TalbotFORCE saw this as an opportunity to tackle the challenges head-on. We ventured into a Disinfection & Sanitization vertical aimed at providing unwavering commitment and dedication to delivering safety for our clients through our products and services, carried out by expert teams using only FDA- and EPA-approved equipment and gear.

Scaling New Heights

During this COVID-19 period, we knew the need of the hour was the emergence of the butterfly rather than the demise of the caterpillar, and this was when we decided to scale new heights. Starting from 700 employees, we scaled to a record 2,700+ employees from all walks of life within just 8 months and ramped up our area coverage from 4 million sq. ft. to a striking 10 million+ sq. ft. pan-India.

Our Diverse Client Base

The diversity of our clients — coming from educational, healthcare, warehousing, industrial, and governmental backgrounds, to name a few — has defined our story of success.

• Education Sector: Today, we manage some of the largest education brands in India, deploying 300+ manpower dedicated to providing a world-class experience using international gadgets.
• Healthcare Sector: Our foray into healthcare began strongly as we became the official FM partners for one of the largest hospitals (800 beds) in Asia, based in Hyderabad, where we deployed 250+ workforce.
• Industrial Sector: Another tough wave we sailed and conquered was the manufacturing tyre plant of MRL, where spaces covered in compound and carbon posed tough challenges. With best management practices and the hard work of our deployed teams, we efficiently managed and maintained it, becoming their trusted partners.
• Banking Sector: HDFC Bank was another feather in our cap, where we managed a complete disinfection and pest control program across 500+ branches across South India. Beyond this, we attended to ad hoc requests for COVID-detected patients within their facilities and delivered during urgent times.

Embracing Technology

Digitising our operations became another important factor in charting our success. Using the Exonerator App, as soon as any branch was serviced, the complete details were received by the SPOC in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.

This facilitated us in covering a remarkable 50 million sq. ft. of area via disinfection services.
